One hundred thousand tourists visit Hiiumaa every year. The only people who have slept under really cloudy skies are those who have chosen to do so. The island does not yet have a large hotel with hundreds of beds, but so far everyone has found a suitable room. There are plenty of choices – from ascetic camping huts to luxury boutique hotels.
In Hiiumaa you can really take your time and just feel good. Be on your own, take a walk in the woods, throw stones into the water at the beach, watch the stars in the night sky. It’s dark in Hiiumaa, with LED signs and street lighting so you can see into the night. In doing so, you may or may not be thinking – to put it in modern terms – meditating . In Hiiumaa, you can really do it, and the slowing down of time starts to rub off on the guests.

Tiismani Villa is a renovated manor house with a long history. The house has five bedrooms, and each room has two beds, a private WC and shower. One of the rooms also has a luxurious bathroom.
You can book just one room or the entire house. On the first floor, there’s a hall for dining, spending free time and organising events. In the yard there’s a private parking lot for guests, as well as an area for barbecuing and a children’s playground.

The small holiday village Merejussi Holiday Houses is located a short walk away from Sõru harbour and Sõru pub. There are 2 two-storey holiday houses with balconies and 4 cabins with small outdoor terrace. Each holiday house accomodates 7 guests and each cabin 3 guests.

Järveääre Holiday Centre provides accommodation service in Jõeranna Village, Kõrgessaare Rural Municipality, and it is located on the shore of Veski small lake. The average depth of the lake is less than 1 metre, but in spring it is full of fish. It is for example possible to catch roach, orfe, pike, etc., from the lake. The place is quite detached, thus calm rest is guaranteed for you. In the yard there is a playground, a barbecue area and lawn, where you can sunbathe, play sports games or pétanque, etc. A view of nature unfolds from rooms and a view of the beautiful lake unfolds from the little forest houses.

The holiday house is located in Kassari 800 m away from the Orjaku harbour next to the Orjaku Manor House built in 1603. The holiday house offers various recreational activities: barbecue and sauna evenings, fish smoking or hikes along the hiking trail. The style of the building seeks to preserve and develop the typical features of a summerhouse: large terraces, a spacious hall filled with firelight, pastel tones. The house provides cozy accommodation all year round. First sunny days in March and the return of waterbirds may bring a pleasant respite between busy and stressful working weeks.

Dagen Haus Guesthouse is located on Island Hiiumaa, next to the seaside, in the old granary of Orjaku manor. Stone buildings of the manor were built in the 1840ies. The main building has always been practical and modest. Granary of the manor, built around the same time, is one of the few preserved buildings, located in the very heart of the former manor complex.
The guesthouse is located at 100 m from the protected Orjaku ‘eye’ (inland gulf). It has been attempted to convey the spaciousness and serenity to all the second-floor bedrooms. Ceilings, fitted with wide beams, fragments of old floors, mixed and matched with glass walls and metal structures.
