Hiiumaa Pruulikoda Resto is a cozy restaurant located right in the center of Kärdla, on Vabaduse tänav and is open every day of the week. Our à la carte menu focuses on both local and international cuisine. Weekday lunch specials are available from Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 15:00.

Our team will take care of a delicious menu and a great atmosphere to ensure your event is special and memorable.

On the ground floor of the building operates Hiiumaa Pruulikoda. Brewing good beer has always been an important tradition on Hiiumaa — whether for celebrations or hard work, there was always a refreshing drink on the table. We use water that has been deep underground for millions of years, giving our beer a clean and pure taste. In spring 2024, Tim joined us as head brewer. His enthusiasm, experience, and connections have brought a wealth of new ideas and fresh energy to the brewery. Kärdla’s artesian water, along with honey and berries gathered from Hiiumaa’s pristine nature, have inspired him to create new beers. Tim is from Irish-Luxembourg heritage and lived in Luxembourg until the age of 15, where he became closely familiar with the world’s most influential brewing traditions — British-Irish, German, and Belgian. Naturally, the beer brewed downstairs flows straight from the taps at Pruulikoja Resto and is available for everyone to enjoy.
