Esimeses osas tehakse aeroobset lihastreeningut, kus lihtsad lihasharjutused on \u00fchendatud m\u00f5\u00f5duka liikumise ja l\u00fchikeste aeroobsete pulsi t\u00f5stmistega. Harjutused on suunatud kogu kehale (jalad, tuharad, k\u00e4ed, kerelihased). Treening sobib nii algajatele kui ka edasij\u00f5udnutele- iga osaleja valib endale sobiva tempo ja raskusastme.
